Our Policies


When scheduling appointments, we expect you make all attempts to keep your reserved appointment day, date, and time.

If unexpected events interfere with your appointment, we ask you to call and cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notification.  However, if you are able to give us earlier notice, we appreciate it so that our scheduling team can have ample time to offer your appointment to another patient.

If you are unable to give 24 hours notification, a non-refundable $50.00 fee will be charged to your account.  You will be notified of this via mail.

We will always provide a courtesy reminder phone call prior to your appointment(s), leaving messages if necessary and able.

Emergency situations will be taken into consideration.  Please notify us if you have an emergency situation arise as soon as possible.



We expect full payment at the date of service.  We are happy to discuss all charges prior to work being performed, so you may make an educated decision on your treatment, including the financials of it.

We happily accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, Cash, Check, and Money Orders.

If treatment cost is beyond your current scope, ask us to help get your pre-approved for Care Credit.  Care Credit offers an interest free payment plan option for your family.

We will submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf.  Please be aware of how your policy reads.  We will do our best to help you with this, but ultimately this is your responsibility to understand how your policy will pay for services.  In most cases, insurance estimates can be provided as a courtesy.  In the event that your insurance plan pays less than anticipated, you are responsible for any unpaid balance.
